Start-up and commissioning time can be minimized by following an industry standard design process. Below are the steps we follow to make sure everyone has an understanding of the process to be implemented in your system

Definition and Development
Proper definition of what the system will do, how the system will function, and specification of the various instrumentation and control panels needed is done before work begins. This helps eliminate problems when moving from inception to implementation.
Implementation, Installation, and Training
When project definition and development have been completed we move on to implementing acceptance tests, instrument evaluations, installation verification and operator training.

Start-Up and Documentation
The documentation and initial coverage of the implemented system is crucial to making sure all systems are fully operational.

Start-Up and Documentation

  • Start-up and Production: 24-hour coverage of initial system operations
  • As-built documentation
  • Documentation is developed using Microsoft Office 2010 and may be saved in earlier versions
  • CADD Services - AutoCAD 2011 with full size color plotting and scanning capabilities, 3-D Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping coordination
  • Our projects are stored on a central server and backed up daily
